If you choose to file on your own with Taxfix, here's what you can expect:
- Step by step: The app guides you through a conversational and intuitive question flow that only requires you to answer questions relevant to your specific case.
- No tax expertise required: You don't need to have any prior tax knowledge to use Taxfix. The app provides helpful information boxes at every stage to assist you with any uncertainties you might have.
- Easy document submission: Simply upload or photograph your annual payslip (Lohnsteuerbescheinigung) and an identity confirmation document. Taxfix automatically transfers all relevant data from your payslip to the corresponding fields in your tax return, saving you time and effort.
- Risk-free calculation: Unlike traditional paper-form tax returns, Taxfix's income tax calculation is completely risk-free. You can have your tax refund calculated free of charge before deciding whether or not to submit your tax return to the tax office.
